All designs, renders, floor plans, drawings, images, and content displayed on this website or delivered as part of our architectural and interior design services remain the intellectual property of R Creative Architects. Unauthorized replication, redistribution, or reuse of these designs is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
3. Service Scope & Deliverables
The scope of architectural, interior design, space planning, and construction coordination services will be defined in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. R Creative Architects will deliver designs and documentation with standard professional care, subject to project budgets and client briefs.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely feedback, accurate design briefs, site parameters, structural guidelines, and any requested approvals to enable our team to meet project schedules. Delays in feedback may adjust completion timelines accordingly.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
R Creative Architects is responsible for the design concepts and blueprints we deliver. We are not liable for construction defects, delays, or structural errors caused by builders, structural engineers, contractors, or other third-party vendors hired by the client.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sikar jurisdiction, Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sikar.
